Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions(“T&Cs”)apply to Your access to, and use of the Application (defined hereinbelow). The Application is operated by iGoGet and its subsidiaries, associates, licensees, and affiliated companies(“iGoGet”).
You acknowledge that iGoGet is providing you with a revocabale license to use limited features of the Application and is not selling the Application or any features or technologies contained therein.
By continuing usage of the Application, You are consenting to be bound by these T&Cs. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THESE T&Cs BEFORE YOU USE THE APPLICATION AND FEATURES CONTAINED THEREIN. If You find any of the T&Cs unacceptable, do not tender your acceptance to use the Application or avail any of its features. YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE T&Cs SHALL OPERATE AS A BINDING AND LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ANI IN RESPECT OF THE FEATURES OFFERED/AVAILED USING THE MOBILE APPLICATION.
I. DEFINITIONS
All of the defined and capitalized terms in these T&Cs will have the meaning assigned to them here below:
- “Account”refers to the User’s account on the mobile application iGoGet enabling the use of the Application by the User
- “Application”shall mean the mobile application “iGoGet” and shall mean and include any updates provided by iGoGet from time to time.
- “Registration Data”shall mean and may include the present, valid, true and accurate name, Email ID, age and such other information as may be required by iGoGet from time to time, provided by the Users at the time of registration on the mobile application iGoGet or otherwise.
- “User”shall mean persons who have created an Account and use the Application.
- "You", “Your"or“Yourself”shall mean reference to the User accessing the Application
2. CODE OF CONDUCT:Driver / Delivery Partner.
The latest 2026 iGoGet Code of Conduct has taken into account all zero tolerance for any violation of the Code of Conduct that is in effect for all driver partners, delivery partners, and service providers in the iGoGet community. These guidelines are intended to ensure the safety of all parties. It will explain in detail the violations of the Code of Conduct that may result in the suspension or termination of user access to the iGoGet platform.
Safety and Compliance
iGoGet Ride Captain;
- Make sure after receiving a customer's order - update the customer by informing that you are at the pickup location.
- Make sure you maintain ethics While the customer is in the vehicle
- Make sure the customer is comfortable and feels safe with your good behavior.
- After arriving at the point, ensure proper road safety to drop off the customer to avoid the risk of unwanted things happening.
- You insult the customer with abusive words or can cause an emotional fight that is not acceptable
- You do not maintain personal hygiene, or the vehicle
- Drop off the customer in an inappropriate place. Which can cause danger.
- If unexpected things happen, no matter what the problem is from the customer or the driver. Immediately report it to the iGoGet admin. or you can immediately go to the chatbox in the iGoGet application.

- Squad rider needs to make a delivery directly to the customer's doorstep -.
- However, for some policies according to different residences, it requires other alternative arrangements;-
- there are some premises or residences that have a policy of not allowing entry to your premises, it is recommended to inform the customer via igogetchat and make sure you take a picture of the items that have been placed in the place recommended by the premises.
- Customer Unreachable: If the customer cannot be reached after 10 minutes, please take a picture of the call or message as evidence. Place the order in a safe location and take a picture of the order. Tell the customer where the order has been placed.
- No Safe Place Available: If there is no safe place to place the order, find the nearest place that resembles a "safe space" near the delivery address. Place the customer's order in that place, take a picture, and tell the customer where the order has been placed. Mark the delivery as 'Completed'.
- Squad rider cannot manipulate customer orders
- Squad rider is not allowed to take customer orders home.
- Taking pictures as proof of delivery is mandatory.
- Squad rider does not operate door-to-door service, even though building management allows it.
- Squad rider places customer orders in public areas without obtaining customer consent.
- Squad rider fails to make any attempt to contact customer, without proof of attempted calls or messages.
- Ensure that important documents for driving are always complete.
- You must carry a valid driver's license and vocational license at all times along with other permits required by the relevant authorities. You and your vehicle
- You must also be covered by valid insurance as required by law. Please be honest about your criminal record. You are also responsible for updating and resubmitting documents when they expire, are revoked or requested by iGoGet.
- Driving a motorcycle or car without a valid driver's license/vocational license
- No valid vehicle insurance
- Using false documents to register as a driver
- Action will be taken for any harassment, rudeness or violence.
- committing or attempting to commit physical assault, physical, verbal or gesture sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, murder, kidnapping, threatening or endangering safety, and sexual acts between the driver and the user, whether consensual or otherwise. Please do not ask personal questions or make any comments about the user's appearance. You are strictly prohibited from contacting your user after delivery for personal purposes. In the event of a dispute, you are requested not to take action yourself.
- Do not commit any crime.
- You may be subject to legal action if you commit a crime such as theft, robbery, possession of prohibited items or weapons, vandalism or damage to public property. We will work with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders.
- Driver-partners under investigation for criminal offenses by the authorities
- Intentional damage or vandalism to property belonging to iGoGet users or the company.
- Failing to comply with rules / instructions as required by iGoGet or the Government
- Obey the rules of the road.
- Do not break the rules of the road or drive carelessly and endanger users and other road users. The rules of the road include: obeying the speed limit, obeying signs and traffic lights, using a hands-free kit while driving, ensuring your users use seat belts. You must also always wear a seat belt / helmet. Avoid driving for too long and take breaks when necessary.
- If you are involved in an accident while traveling with a user, you are required to file a police report.
- Examples of Offenses
- Causing injury / permanent disability / death to a user, third party or pedestrian
- Violating traffic regulations including but not limited to
- Causing injury / permanent disability / death to a user, third party or pedestrian
- Operating a vehicle without a valid license or insurance
- Driving or riding above the speed limit on a road or pedestrian crossing
- Driving or riding without a seat belt / helmet
- Distracted while driving or riding
- Driving or riding while tired
- Reported to be driving / riding unsafely
- Deliberately concealing vehicle registration plate
- Alcohol, drugs and weapons are prohibited.
- Possession of any weapon such as a gun, pepper spray, baton, or knife
- Possessing drugs or any drug-related offense
- Intentional or attempted use of the iGoGet platform as a proxy for criminal activities such as drug trafficking, money laundering, transportation of goods and contraband
- Receiving items for delivery other than those permitted by the service without reporting to iGoGet/authorities: (a) illegal/suspicious items (e.g. illegal drugs), (b) dangerous items (e.g. weapons), (c) items deemed prohibited in the igoget send waybill or (d) any other items prohibited by law
- Make sure your vehicle is always in good condition and complies with local safety standards and laws. Make sure you only use vehicles registered with igoget
- Complaints about the condition of your vehicle's safety equipment (seat belts / helmets)
- Internal / external damage to the vehicle that affects the quality or safety of the vehicle (Example. Cracked windshield, doors or windows not working, air conditioning not working)
- Driving or riding a vehicle / plate / account that is different from the one shown in the application
- Allowing someone else to use your vehicle or license to make iGoGet bookings on your behalf
- Sharing a vehicle during bookings / deliveries
- Practice good hygiene.
